Handle multiple entries in some RCIRC commands (Bug#6894).

* lisp/net/rcirc.el (rcirc-add-or-remove): Accept a list of elements.
(ignore, bright, dim, keyword): Split list of nicknames before
passing to rcirc-add-or-remove.
